If 3 men can complete a piece of work in 12 days, how many days will it take for 6 men to complete the same work?

Answer: A. 6 days
If 3 men take 12 days, the total work is 3 * 12 = 36 man-days. With 6 men, the work will take 36/6 = 6 days.
